Founded in 1964, the Florida Trail Association brings Florida hikers together. Our volunteers build and maintain hiking trails statewide, with our primary project the care and completion of the 1,400-mile Florida Trail, Florida’s own National Scenic Trail. We work directly with the National Forests in Florida and more than a dozen other land management partners statewide to coordinate volunteer efforts on the trail and to protect and expand the trail corridor with a goal towards a continuous protected wilderness footpath from Big Cypress National Preserve to Pensacola Beach. On a local level, we engage the community in guided outdoor activities, hold educational meetings and conferences, and actively teach outdoor skills and appreciation of Florida’s rare and unique natural habitats. Light on skin, tough on sun. SmartShield is a serious sunscreen that can be worn all-day, everyday. Unlike oil-based sunscreens that clog pores and capture heat, SmartShield products are quickly absorbed and bond with the top layers of the skin. This invisible and natural feeling shield protects the skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays while allowing the skin to “breathe.” SmartShield is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types. The formula won’t clog pores, won’t stain clothes and won’t sting eyes. SmartShield has no noticeable “sunscreen feel,” even after multiple applications. ECO-FRIENDLY & OIL-FREE. (2008)

Since 1932, Worden’s® Lures have been helping anglers catch fish. Our Rooster Tail® spinner is one of the most famous and productive lures around. Developed by Howard Worden in the late 1950’s, millions and millions of Rooster Tails® have since been sold and used by anglers to catch everything from bass and trout to perch and pike. Worden’s Lil’ Corky® and Spin-N-Glo® drift bobbers are standard fare with steelhead and salmon anglers working the rivers of the Northwest, the Great Lakes, and in the Northeast. And walleye anglers are now making them an important part of their rigs as well. Our Flatfish® (which is the original Flatfish designed in the 1930’s by Charles Helin) has been around and catching fish for decades. Worden’s new Timber Tiger and Sea Tiger series of deep and shallow water crankbaits incorporate the latest in lure design and technology. (2008)
YOUNG BOATS PH: (352) 447-1330 Email: info@young-boats.com Website: www.young-boats.com Box 1330, Inglis, FL 34449 Contact: Robb Young, President
Young Boats, Inc was formed by the Young family with the pursuit of building attractive fishing boats that would appeal to the serious or professional angler who has an “eye” for quality and fishability. Before building boats, we were avid fishermen and noticed that even in today’s highly competitive market there was a niche for a highly functional fishing boat that did not sacrifice performance or good looks. Most boats on the market were a compromise - the attractive boats were not functional and the functional ones were not attractive or lacked in performance. Thus, we set out to develop and build the Young 20, followed in 2006 by the Young 24. Our boats represent extensive engineering, testing, and refinement. Each component, from gel coat to stainless steel hardware, has been thoroughly researched to ensure that the best and most advanced materials are used. The result is functional boats with attractive lines, a smooth, dry, and stable ride, with superior quality of construction. Unlike a production boat company that produces hundreds of boats per year, we custom build to order and only sell factory direct. This custom building process gives our customer a sense of pride in owning a true “one of a kind” boat. As a custom manufacturer, Young Boats prides itself in meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire construction process. We have found there are no shortcuts in building quality custom boats; nevertheless, we feel the end product more than justifies the means of their development and construction. (2007)
